Position Professional Trainer – Western Music Role Summary Train and mentor the University Western Music Team for intercollegiate, national, and university-level cultural competitions and performances. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular vocal and instrumental training sessions. Train students in Pop, Rock, Jazz, Blues, R&B, Contemporary, and Choir/Band performances. Prepare soloists, bands, and vocal ensembles. Arrange music, rehearse performances, and guide stage presentation. Assess student performance and provide continuous mentoring. Ensure students are competition-ready. Mandatory Requirements Minimum 3–5 years of professional teaching/performance experience. Strong knowledge of Western vocal and instrumental music. Must have expertise in both Percussion and Non-Percussion instruments. Percussion: Drum Kit, Cajón, Congas, Bongos, Timbales, Tambourine, Electronic Drums.
