The Role
NextSense is seeking expressions of interest for multiple Permanent Professional Support – Client Services Network Coordinator, with opportunities available across our four Networks.
Reporting to the Client Services Network Lead (CSNL), the Client Services Network Coordinator will ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the team by supporting the Professional Support Officers (PSOs), monitoring workflows, and assisting in the implementation of key processes and projects.
The position builds capability within the Professional Support Officer (PSO) team through guidance and training, ensures standardised use of processes and systems, and acts as an escalation point to support resolution of complex or sensitive matters.
