The Role

NextSense is seeking expressions of interest for a Permanent  Professional Support - Client Experience Coordinator.

Reporting to the Client Experience Lead (CEL), the Client Experience Coordinator is responsible for supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the Client Intake Team. The role works closely with the Client Services Network Leads to ensure client enquiries, referrals, feedback and administrative tasks are triaged, allocated, and actioned efficiently within the allocated network, while upholding high standards of accuracy, professionalism, and client care.

In addition, the position provides guidance and training to intake staff, supports consistent use of processes and systems, and acts as an escalation point for complex or sensitive matters.
