•Provide professional support and consultation to clinics and optical partners

• Advise on product usage, fitting, and prescription-related matters

• Handle customer enquiries and provide technical guidance

• Support the introduction and explanation of specialised vision care solutions

• Visit clients (clinics, optical stores) to provide on-site support and training
