  • Collaboration: Cross‑functional teams across Product, Professional Services, and Client Relationship Management

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and own client projects, ensuring they stay on track, stakeholders remain accountable, and deliverables align with the project plan.
  • Facilitate requirement gathering for new and existing clients, collaborating with Product, Professional Services, and Client Relationship Managers to scope projects effectively, including development needs.
