Role Overview
The Professional Services Engineer s a technical role responsible for building, testing, and supporting custom integrations on our in-house iPaaS platform (Spring Boot). This role focuses on delivering high-quality solutions while learning best practices in development, DevOps, and enterprise integration.

The Professional Services Engineer s a technical role responsible for building, testing, and supporting custom integrations on our in-house iPaaS platform (Spring Boot). This role focuses on delivering high-quality solutions while learning best practices in development, DevOps, and enterprise integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and test custom integrations under guidance from PS Engineer – Level 3.
- Write automation tests, fix bugs, and perform SOP-based configuration updates.
- Support deployments during UAT and Production phases.
- Maintain and update internal documentation for solutions and processes.
- Learn and adopt best practices in DevOps, monitoring, and integration workflows.
- Understand how integrations interact with the core Platform and its APIs and build on top of it.
