• Core responsible areas are:

o Completing/managing Vendor Forms, Reporting o Template-based drafting of proposals

 Work with proposal lead to draft tailored content
 Using content repository software to complete first drafts of proposals

• Ensure proposal quality and compliance
• Centralize and standardize RFP content via online platform
o Content repository maintenance, cleanup and updates
o Archive information and keep repository up to date
• Formatting and basic design for Power Point Presentations
• Create new and update employee resumes and project sheets as needed
• Ensure consistent look and feel for all submittals
• Proposal automation testing in Salesforce (UAT)
 

Job Qualifications:

  • Must be a Degree holder (Graduate) any discipline (marketing/communications or business-related field preferred)
