Professional project manager

Applicants must have the following requirements:

Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture or Quantity Surveying. Must be registered with SACPCMP as a Professional Construction Project Manager. Must have a Certificate for Development & Planning for Labour Intensive Construction Projects (NQF 7) from an accredited Training Service Provider. Must have 5 – 10 years of project management experience as Consultant (Engineering; QS or Architecture) and/or Construction Management Environment (post Pr registration). Preference for Project Management experience in Local Government and other spheres of government, including parastatals. Must have a proven track record of managing all aspects of a project lifecycle. Must have experience in strategic (pre) planning, risk management, or change management; budget and cost control.
