Job Description
Responsibilities:
Actively involved in post-sales and pre-sales solution support activities.
Perform demonstration of proof of concepts (PoC), installation, homologation testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and training for customers abroad or remotely.
Perform testing and troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve the technical issues.
Perform root cause analysis of issues.
Contribution to knowledge base of the team.
Preparation of technical documentation for customers.
Provide status and resolution communication to internal and external stakeholders.
Experience and Personal Skills:
Work Experience: 2 to 3 Years.
Education: Engineering degree (B.E./ B. Tech.)
Experience in a technical support role with an equipment manufacturer or systems integrator for multi-vendor solution is an advantage.
