Responsibilities

• Act as the Cabinet Engineering focal point between Bombardier multi-disciplinary teams and suppliers.
• Prepare different types of engineering documentation to support start of design activities.
• Define technical requirements and participate in strategic planning.
• Find and propose opportunities for product and process improvement (cycle time reduction, ease of production, weight reduction, etc.).
• Review specifications for accuracy across documentation.
• Be mindful of project potential technical issues (critical designs, risks, etc.).
• Support change requests.
