POSITION SUMMARY:
Plans, develops, implements and directs bank training and development programs including Sales, Products and Services, Technology, Supervisor, Customer Service, Loan, Compliance, Manager training, social media and skills training programs. Performs needs analyses and formulates training policies and schedules. Conducts New Employee Orientation and directs power point, collaboration of other departments and assist onboarding for all departments. Organizes and develops training manuals, reference library, training evaluation procedures, multimedia aids and other education materials. Supervise, coach, and evaluate the performance of the Training Coordinator. Trains other instructors and supervisory personnel in effective training techniques including building onboarding checklists.
