Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and update test plan/specs to support production and NPI/special builds.
- Perform product characterization and correlation between testers.
- Provide support in developing test hardware/software.
- Analyze yield issues at test area and provide feedbacks to assembly line or wafer fabs.
- Establish Control Chart monitoring in test and burn in area.
- Work with production team in improving yield & UPH of the assigned processes, including cost reduction activities.
- Resolve test issues diligently and apply FMEA and statistical engineering tools for logical problem solving.
- Responsible in writing and maintaining test process documentations and work instructions.
- Support NPI process development, optimization and improvement prior to product transfer to production.
