Job Qualifications:

- With 1-2 years of relevant experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Basic knowledge of 7 QC tools, process mapping, and defect investigation techniques.
- Experience in a Japanese manufacturing company is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
