Production/Process Engineer

Job Summary:

Process Engineer acts as the central coordinator within the organization's for reviewing manufacturing processes, manufacturing output and manufacturing improvement functions. This position contributes to the organization by ensuring that there is quality production output, minimizing reject and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

• Reviews existing manufacturing processes and output/internal reject data to prioritize processes to improve, works with R&D Engineering to implement improved methods to improve output and minimize rejects, update work instruction in a timely manner
• Supports production to drive output targets by resolving technical issues in a timely manner and ensuring technicians and production workers are adequately trained and skilled in the most current production method. (i.e. Best Known Method)
