Chandler Macleod is seeking a hardworking and reliable Production Worker to join our client at the mill factory in Northam. The successful candidates will be responsible for operating machinery, maintaining production flow, and ensuring that all products meet quality and safety standards.
Roster: rotating roster 6.00-14.00,14.00-22.00 and 22.00-06.00
Start Date: ASAP
Rate:$33.37 flat rate per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor mill production equipment and machines.
- Load raw materials and handle finished products safely.
- Perform routine quality checks on products during the production process.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors.
- Follow company policies and all health & safety regulations.
