Responsibilities

• Floor Clean up, bung wash, leaf lard scraper, box maker, offal sorter, head flusher, Bagger, wrapper, scraper, sortation, packoff.
• Working knowledge of the production needs product specifications, the flow of production lines, and production-related equipment operation.
• Following all company, food and health and safety policies and procedures.
• Reviewing equipment and supplies to ensure they are in good working condition.
