Our client, in Menomonie, WI, is seeking a Production Workers to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production process. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work independently or with a team, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Shift:** 2nd Shift, Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
**What's the Job?**
+ Operate equipment such as Hot Melt, Heat Welders, Arm & Post Stitchers, Pallet Jacks, and Stretch Wrappers
+ Follow all manufacturing instructions closely to ensure quality and safety
+ Maintain good housekeeping practices in the work area
+ Assist in physical inventory during month-end, year-end, and audits
+ Perform other duties as assigned to support production goals
