This role requires ensuring all parts fit correctly and are suitable for the final product. You will work with a small, laid-back crew of 5-7 people, and rotate tasks daily throughout the week.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble water softener parts according to schematics and instructions.
+ Ensure all parts fit correctly and meet quality standards.
+ Lift and maneuver products weighing up to 50 pounds.
+ Collaborate with a small team to complete daily assembly tasks.
+ Follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
**Essential Skills**
+ Great manual dexterity.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
+ Proficiency in reading and understanding schematics.
+ Attention to detail.
