**Responsibilities**
+ Load and unload parts and products onto pallets in a safe and organized manner.
+ Prepare parts and products for cutting by measuring materials to appropriate specifications using a tape measure.
+ Stage and prepare parts and products to be shipped for powder coating according to production requirements.
+ Follow established quality standards and processes throughout the facility to ensure consistent product quality.
+ Inspect parts and products for defects or inconsistencies and report issues promptly.
+ Support general production activities, including packaging, packing, and working on the production line as needed.
+ Operate basic production and material handling equipment as assigned, following all safety procedures.
