Who are we looking for: A Production Unit Manager to plan, manage and control overall production unit operations to ensure efficient manufacturing, consistent product quality, food safety compliance, recipe control and achievement of production targets. you will be based in Lusaka, Zambia.
What will you do:
- Manage day-to-day chocolate production operations to ensure smooth workflow
- Ensure production targets are met in terms of quality, quantity and timelines
- Monitor and control process parameters (back process and packing)
- Ensure compliance with food safety, GMP, HACCP and hygiene standards
- Coordinate with QA, maintenance and stores for uninterrupted production
- Handle manpower planning, shift management and team supervision
