Job Description
Core responsibilities
- Employee training: Conduct training sessions for new hires, on-the-job training for operators, and ensure employees have the necessary skills for their assigned workstations.
- Quality and compliance: Monitor operator performance, ensure adherence to work instructions and company policies, and perform process audits to maintain quality standards.
- Documentation and reporting: Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), maintain accurate training records, and submit regular reports on training activities and performance.
- Process improvement: Evaluate job efficiency and recommend improvements to optimize production.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1, RM7,286.45 per month
