Job Description
- Assist in daily operation job.
- Perform maintenance of machine.
- Monitor the output & quality of parts.
- Change tool and do the adjustment and minor repair the machine.
- Operating machine, load material and dig chips.
- Hourly inspection at machine.
- Maintain the 5S of workplace.
- Do the sorting in order to check the quality, measurement, formation and others.
- Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawing and others.
- Supervise the machine while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustment to produce a better result.
- Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed.
- Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality.
- Do the knurling for the certain part.
