Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Cover breaks, operate production machinery, assemble product, and manage pallet release duties.
  • Conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and refurbish offline machinery.
  • Attend to electro‑mechanical faults, diagnose and repair equipment.
  • Ensure all manufacturing equipment is set up and produces product according to standards.
  • Monitor in‑process quality and address issues to prevent product holds.
  • Minimise downtime within planned repair and spare costs.

Qualifications

  • Qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering (e.g. C&G, HND) or a time‑served apprenticeship.
  • Experience in a high‑volume, highly automated manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in maintenance and fault‑finding.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Team player passionate about healthcare.
