Job Description
Responsibilities
- Cover breaks, operate production machinery, assemble product, and manage pallet release duties.
- Conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and refurbish offline machinery.
- Attend to electro‑mechanical faults, diagnose and repair equipment.
- Ensure all manufacturing equipment is set up and produces product according to standards.
- Monitor in‑process quality and address issues to prevent product holds.
- Minimise downtime within planned repair and spare costs.
Qualifications
- Qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering (e.g. C&G, HND) or a time‑served apprenticeship.
- Experience in a high‑volume, highly automated manufacturing environment.
- Experience in maintenance and fault‑finding.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team player passionate about healthcare.
