Description

We’re looking for a hands‑on Production Technician to join our Longueuil team.

This role sits at the intersection of quality and repair – you’ll be the person who figures out why something failed and ensures it doesn’t happen again. Your work directly supports our customers and keeps our production line running clean.

This is a fully bilingual role. You must be fluent in both French and English (written and spoken) to be considered.

What You’ll Do

  • Customer RMA Failure Analysis
  • Receive, log, and triage customer‑returned units from RMA claims
  • Perform troubleshooting according to SOP
