Production Technician

For our client, a multinational manufacturer of aesthetics & physiotherapy devices, we are looking for an experienced Production Technician. This role will be based in the company’s factory located in the Jebel Ali Free Zone.

Job Responsibilities

• Mechanical assembly of device components, including covers, fasteners, and locking mechanisms
• Electrical wiring and connection of modules, sensors, and PCBs according to color‑coded schematics
• Use of torque tools, hand tools (e.g. Torx TX10–TX30), and crimping tools
• Routing, labelling, and securing of cables with ties (without overtightening)
• Identification and registration of serial numbers and component IDs
• Work according to step‑by‑step visual work instructions provided in English
• Communication with other members (Production Technologist, Production Manager – other units)
