Production Technician

Responsibilities:

• Carry out daily line / machine / equipment setup.
• Machine equipment maintenance & servicing as planned schedule and maintain reliable & safe manufacturing systems while improving production rates, efficiencies, yields, costs and changeovers.
• Respond immediately to equipment, machine, or and system breakdowns and investigate machine / equipment problems affecting production and reporting and advise for countermeasure.
• Maintain Statistical record as needed and monitor the machine productivity & quality performance are met target setting.
• Ensure that KPIs are monitored and targets achieved.

Requirements:

• Attended at least 3 years of education in secondary level or its equivalent to 1.5 years in SMT or Backend experience.
• Preferably with experience and or background in equipment / machinery operation and diagnosing.
• Preferably with electronics & electrical background.
