As a Production / Technical Support III, you will be part of the IT Operations Department supporting the Application Monitoring and Infrastructure Support teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to technical challenges, which will align successfully in the organization.
