Production Tech Sales Engineer Trainee

SLB is seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our Surface Production Systems team as part of the Sales Management Technical Professionals (SMTP) Trainee program in Clairmont, Alberta. The trainee will participate in a three‑year fixed‑step rotational training program that delivers progressive exposure, practical experience, and professional development. Rotations include assignments in the shop, field operations, operations support, and formal classroom training. Upon successful completion of the program, trainees will advance into a Technical Sales Representative role.
