An exciting opporunity has arisen for an experienced Team Leader who would be responsible for organising and supporting production teams to manufacture product safely, efficiently, and in line with food safety, quality, and operational standards. The role ensures workflow is managed effectively, performance is monitored, and day-to-day issues are escalated or resolved to support delivery of the production plan.
