Production Team Leader

As a Production Team Leader, you will play a vital role in enhancing the opportunities of our employees with a disability, while ensuring commercial outcomes are achieved. With your natural ability to lead with empathy, you will oversee and guide employees that we support, to meet their employment goals, ensuring their work aligns with their skills, aspirations, while delivering exceptional production outcomes.

Based in our Toowoomba Site you will be scheduled to work Mondays to Fridays between 7.30am to 4pm, permanent full-time position. You will be working along side our supported employees in the production and assembly of food packaging in items including beef jerky and dog foods and interacting with external clients whilst picking up products to bring back to warehouse.
