Job Description

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate of Engineering Course or related field.

• With at least 1-3 years’ experience in a Japanese manufacturing company

• Experience in team supervision and people management

• Proficient in MS Excel (formulas) and PowerPoint

• Strong communication and coordination skills



JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and supervise production teams to ensure daily targets are met

• Coordinate with various departments for timely preparation of parts

• Monitor change over line setup and improve efficiency

• Handle people and parts management with attention to detail

• Create reports and present updates using MS Excel and PowerPoint
