  • Supervise, coach, and motivate a team of approximately 25 employees, as well as a Team Lead.
  • Ensure work is assigned efficiently to meet production targets.
  • Maintain a positive work environment and promote effective communication within the team.
  • Support employees in their professional development and day-to-day success.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, health and safety standards, and company procedures.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Actively participate in production activities when required.
  • Perform other related duties as needed.
