PRODUCTION TEAM LEADER
Job Qualifications:
At least High school or Senior High School graduate, College undergrad or with Vocational Course
Minimum of 1-2 years in a team leader role or equivalent within a manufacturing or production environment, with a focus on overseeing daily operations and coordinating team activities.
Proven experience in developing and executing production schedules, ensuring that resources and manpower are allocated to meet production goals efficiently.
Hands-on experience with quality control processes, identifying defects, implementing corrective actions, and maintaining high standards of product quality.
Experienced in managing inventory levels, coordinating with supply chain teams, and ensuring the availability of raw materials and work-in-progress (WIP) items for continuous production flow.
