We are looking for a Techno-Functional Production Support Engineer to manage production issues, data analysis, and application support for enterprise systems. Key Requirements: - Strong SQL skills (Mandatory)- Java experience (Mandatory)- Proven experience in production and application support- Ability to analyze issues, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and provide fixes- Solid understanding of business processes and system flows Good to Have:
- Experience with Angular- Experience with Skills: - Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills- Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of ownership
