Production Support (Shell Script/Linux)

Qualifications

• Proven experience in shell scripting in a Linux/Unix environment.
• Strong proficiency of SQL (Oracle-oriented)
• Understanding middleware technologies such as FTP and MQ messaging systems.
• Familiarity and knowledge of Citrix is a plus.
• Experience with job schedulers, particularly Mainframe Scheduler TWS (Tivoli Workload Scheduler for Z/OS), is a plus
• Experience with monitoring tools and incident management systems.
• Understanding of ITIL framework or similar service management best practices

Responsibilities

• Run activity : handle and manage system alerts until resolution and process user 's requests (analyze and debug)
• Participate to projects and develop, maintain, and optimize scripts and SQL databases, ensuring data integrity of reconciliation applications.
