Business Analysis

  • Requirement gathering
  • Use case analysis
  • JAD sessions
  • Business process mapping
  • Flowcharts
  • QA support
  • Writing and reviewing test scripts, cases, scenarios, and plans

Project Management

  • Experience working in SDLC (Agile and Waterfall)
  • Resource allocation to improve team effectiveness and efficiency
