Background And Experience

The successful candidate will have 1-2 years Development Operation Support experience coupled with relevant tertiary qualifications (Information technology or Computer Science).

The candidate's experience will have been gained in roles supporting specialised high-volume/high value applications resolving technical faults, enabling upgrades and maintaining customer satisfaction. At least some of this experience will have been obtained while operating on a client's site.

Skills And Knowledge

Essential Technical Skills

  • Strong Knowledge of Unix or Linux server platforms.
  • An understanding of the SDLC.
  • Experience with a disciplined approach to IT incident, problem and change management.
  • Previous experience in User Acceptance Testing.
