Job Description

Who you are:

  • 根据 HFH PG 战略，在生产线开发并部署自动化，并确保技术解决方案的完善，包括可编程逻辑控制器（PLC）、机器人、传感器等

    • Develop and deploy automation in production according to the HFH PG strategy, and secure the technical solution including PLC, robotics, sensors, etc

  • 负责协调并推进新的本地项目，同时负责流程的开发与改进

    • Be responsible for coordinating and promoting the new local projects, as well as for process development and improvement

    About the job:

  • 制定 HFH 生产流程的自动化方案，并联系合格的供应商参与设计工作

    • Plan for the automation of the production process in HFH and contact the qualified supplier to participate in design

  • 协助维修部门管理所有机器的自动控制系统

    • Support maintenance dept to manage automatic control system for all machine 

  • 能独立完成工厂内所有设备的PLC硬件软件通讯方式统计，并完善和补全所有需要的驱动和通讯线缆

    • Complete the communication hardware & software for all the PLC or other related machines

  • 能独立完成PLC CPU或模块/HMI换新的基本操作，并能够指导技术员完成

    • Can replace the PLC/HMI modules alone, can train technician to finish kind of issu...
