Who you are:

  • 负责Filter 组装有关的工艺标准化与持续改善。同时协助和促进产品转移/新产品项目在本地的开展

    • Responsible for Process Standardization and improvement which related with Filter assembly, as well as the local project coordinator and promoter for transfer/new products

  • 主导实施ALPS&LSS，运作绿带/黑带项目

    • Lead ALPS & LSS implementation, Run Green Belt / Black Belt projects.

  • 为整个工艺负责, 统筹规划工艺体系，包含:根本问题分析，工艺与布局，节拍

    • Responsibility for all the manufacture procedure as leader, not only for process itself, Arrange the manufacture system from whole view, including Root cause, Layout, Process and STD

  • 设定工艺与实现工艺的标准化

    • Setup Process, Process Standardization

  • 负责新产品导入和技术转移，包括样品的试制和测试以及产品在生产中各类相关技术文件的编制（如BOM、作业指导书、产品质量控制指导书等文件
