The Role

We’re looking for a Production Support Developer to join our Production Support function in Gurgaon. This is a hands‑on, code‑focused role for engineers who enjoy working close to live systems and taking ownership of real production issues.

You’ll operate as a developer within the support organisation—investigating live incidents, debugging applications at code and data level, fixing defects, delivering small enhancements, and ensuring solutions are robust through proper testing. From root cause analysis through to implementation and validation, you’ll own issues end‑to‑end while working closely with Production Support Analysts and other developers to improve platform stability and resilience.
