Production Support Administrator

1. Operational Support:

• Monitor daily production and order fulfillment activities.
• Assist in resolving operational issues and escalations.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and inventory teams to ensure smooth operations.

2. Documentation & Records:

• Maintain accurate production and fulfillment records (daily logs, reports, etc).
• Update system records for orders, shipments, and inventory as required.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational policies.

3. Reporting & Analysis:

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports (order status, productivity, etc).
• Identify trends or recurring issues and suggest process improvements.

4. Communication & Coordination:

• Act as the point of contact between operations, customer service, and other departments.
