Job Description:

This role is responsible in planning, organizing, leading and controlling the day to day operation entrusted to his / her work area. In-charge of the systematic flow of operation in any section of frozen meat processing production and requests all necessary materials to be used in his/her operation. He / She assures the daily, weekly and monthly forecasts are met within the set standard manpower, materials, equipment and facilities.

Career Level:

With at least 2 years of related experience in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Biology, Chemistry, Food Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.

  • Adequate training in GMP, SSOP, HACCP & ISO 22000 is an advantage.

  • Proven leadership skills
