Hourly Rate: $32.13 per hour + Leading Hand Allowance: $1.33 per hour + 12% Employer Superannuation

The Flagstaff Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to join our Flagstaff Group Services team in South Nowra .

As the Production Supervisor , you will supervise the daily operations of Flagstaff Group Services at our South Nowra site, ensuring production, quality and customer service outcomes are achieved while creating meaningful employment opportunities for people with disability.

You will supervise a diverse workforce delivering a range of commercial services, coordinate workflow, allocate resources, monitor productivity and maintain a safe, inclusive and supportive workplace.
