Professional qualifications and knowledge: - Bachelor’s degree (Engineering related preffered). - Experienced implementing continuous improvement and LEAN manufacturing methodologies like: 5S's, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen. - 4 years manufacturing/assembly experience that includes at least 2 years of supervisory responsibilites. - Knowledge of manufacturing, QA, warehouse, flow of inventory, shipments, and production operating procedures. - Advanced computer knowledge, familiarity with Windows, particularly Excel and Word. Competencies and personal skills: - Ability to negociate with other leaders within our organization. - Good Leading, planning, organizing, supervisory and project management skills. - Must be customer, quality and results oriented. - Strong written and oral communication skills. - Ability to analyze fairly complex data and to develop recommendations and solutions to problems. - A minimum of 80% ...
