What you will enjoy doing

  • Control efficiency of change over (change model) to complete quality and limited time.

  • Consider ideas, and ways to improve the efficiency of changeover (reduce change over time, easy method to change over)

  • Control production efficiency and meet KPIs department.

  • Control and organize manpower to support the plan fully. 

  • Control 5S to meet the standards of the company. 

    • What makes you great

  • Bachelor's in Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical or related fields

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in supervising production line, has skill about people management.

  • Knowledgeable in machine operation, maintenance and troubleshooting

  • Ability to use software system for production management

  • Good communication skills (oral, written, local and in English language)
