Supervises the activities of employees engaged in the production and liaises with other supervisors and managers to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments.

+ Supervise daily molding production activities to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets are achieved.
+ Lead, coach, and motivate production operators to maximize performance, teamwork, and operational efficiency.
