What You'll Do
The Production Supervisor is responsible for the operative management of the assigned production area, ensuring the efficient build of UPS products and its sub-assemblies in accordance with the required quality standard and customer demand whilst fostering a safe work environment.
Assist the Production Manager in setting targets and drive the execution of actions to fulfill those targets
Supervise all-encompassing work activities in the assigned production area
Direct operators to obtain maximum productivity and efficiency, assuring attendance and proper manning
