    - Manage and control staffing to achieve daily production plans.
    - Troubleshoot production machines and equipment.
    - Perform root cause analysis and implement countermeasures for quality issues.
    - Maintain ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 systems and control 4M changes.
    - Prepare daily and monthly production reports.
    - Maintain 5S and workplace safety on the production line.
    - Drive continuous improvement for stamping machines, quality, and productivity.
    - Control consumables, spare parts, and production expenses for the section.
    - Manage tool life and mold control.
    - Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
