Element5 designs and manufactures sustainable mass timber components for commercial and residential projects across Canada. We are seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor (Afternoon Shift) to lead Glulam operations and support safe, efficient, and high-quality production.


About the Role:

In this role, you will lead the Glulam Line on the afternoon shift (Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM–2:00 AM), overseeing daily production activities, supporting team members on the plant floor, and ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency remain top priorities.
