Responsibilities:
Coordination of manpower and production planning
Optimize the production layout
Improving production OEE and KPIs
Organize daily production meeting
Supervise on daily production processes and guarantee the product quality
DL & IL manpower management
Involve in quality problem analysis and make action plan.
Ensure availability of equipment and infrastructure
According to annual plan and work instructions
Ensure safety of machinery and follow strictly safety instructions
4M- continuously improvement as lean manufacturing concept.
VPS Activities and VMA improvement action
Qualifications:
Bachelor/Master; in Engineering or related field
